Does anyone have any recommendation for books about self care whilst working in mental health services? I can find some books about general stress at work but nothing particularly about those working in mental health (maybe the books I'm imagining to exist don't exist!). Or any general reading / books you would recommend around the topics of self care, resilience, stress, work /life balance etc. that you've found useful working in psychology services?
